This place is amazing. The employees are very knowledgeable about the equipment (oh and by the way...all the equipment is medical grade). They adjust the equipment and routine based on my health on any particular day. It heals from the inside out, it is cumulative effect

After doing the cleanse, my blood sugar dropped by 40 points! 40! It also stabilized. I lost 20 lbs and haven't put it back on. Joining The Body Garage has helped tremendously with my flexibility and general well being. All of the people are friendly and truly want to help you regain your health!

This place is so much more than what it may seem. I've known about BG for awhile but didn't start going until I found out I had Lyme Disease. Now I continue to keep going because of one simple fact: I feel better after every visit. All the equipment is great and fantastic, but the staff is what makes it even better. Thank you Body Garage for all your help, I am truly blessed and grateful to have this place and people in my life.

I never leave google reviews - but my experience at Body Garage Dayton was top notch. If I could leave 10 stars I would. I signed up for my first ever cold plunge and when I got there they said that I could do my first one for free. They walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable before I got in the water. Will be going back and even though the first one was on the house - I’ll be more than happy to be a paying customer in the future, I even scheduled my next visit before I left! Professional. Clean. 10/10
